Tea Party

Scarlett is so into her babies. When we got back from the beachhouse, she changed all of her babies out of their dirty diapers and gave them a tea party!!

She even gave them breakfast biscuits!!

Home

We have finally came home to stay for awhile, we have been gone all summer.

This is my lovely cactus that my wonderful neighbor Ruth gave me like mmm... 6 months ago or so... i don't ever do anything to it and it came up with this beautiful flower. (although she might have watered it here and there or trimmed it, i have never personally done anything to it) and its NOT DEAD!!

Burger Stand

On our last night (friday)before we left the beach we ate with the fam at a burger stand. It was really yummy!!

Every year that we go to the beach recently we have been singing.

I was a little top heavy so i didn't sing but scarlett did. She was a little scared of the whole situation when all the kids were there. But after all the kids left, she rocked it out!!

Visiting

On thursday, we drove about an hour to visit one of my first friends in Palm Coast who moved. Olivia and her girls were so kind to us when we moved to PC, that i couldn't wait to go and visit with her just north of Topsail.

one sad day

Olivia and gang moved when Scarlett was 1. In january, we had a baby shower for her and in this picture i gave her an ohio state cap, which i tend to give to a lot of my girlfriends!!

While they moved into the moving truck we watched Brooklyn... Ryan was equally sad so he went on a walk with the girls!!

At the beachhouse, we had an outdoor shower (rinse off station/Joe Butler shower)

Scarlett loved this outdoor shower and that was the only way we could get her out of the pool!!

Topsail

Topsail Island is a place where Ryan and his family vacationed years ago before one of the hurricane's hit the 26 mile island.

So off we went on Friday to the beach.

Saturday...moved into condo day and hung around
Sunday.... hung around the beach and pool
Monday... cloudy and rainy in the morning, then turned into a beautiful day
Tuesday...the sunniest day we have had since we got to the island... jill got three hours of complete down time (scarlett sleeping and i went to the beach)

On thursday, I am so excited as I am going to see Olivia, one of the first girlfriends that I made in the PC and she introduced me to some of the friends that i have now in FLorida. I can't wait to see Brooklyn and meet her new little one.

Ryan is enjoying vacation...golfing was at the top of his list and some down time
Scarlett is enjoying her vacation ....i think she probably wonders where she lives by now...or what bed is hers

i knew curt was for sure, amy hasn't stopped picking on me about it, and i figured Joy was on it because she is so far away but DOUG, now that topped it all and then i realized that my aunts are on it, my cousins, and everybody knows what everybody is doing...

the other jill usually has to tell me what my siblings are doing on a regular basis
my friends go out to eat and all know whats going on and then they have to text me, because i am not on the book

i am really debating on checking this out but i am afraid that i will officially pull an Amy and not update my blog for those that read this and update my facebook...ahh, what to do

Happy Belated Birthday JOY!!

My sister Joy who lives in Germany with her hubby, Sam and daughter Kora just had a birthday on July 5th.

This is my sisters (and sister in law) one last HOORAH before Joy left for Germany and I went back to Florida back in APril.

The time has come

if you look back through other post in the past year or so that I have been writing, we write about II
if you look at the ONE 8x10 that is hanging on our fridge because its the only picture that hasn't been torn, it is of II
if you ask my daughter who lives in OH she will say "II"
if you have ever saw my daughter around II it is a unique relationship

this is a sad post as II has been put to sleep

he wasn't feeling good, so a decision was made over the weekend
