The Zoo

While we were in Ohio, we went to the Akron Zoo. It was amazing. It was the most awesome zoo that fit Scarlett to a T. It was perfect for her age and the walkways to each animal and exhibit were perfect.

Here is Scarlett and her Aunt Ashley at the entrance!

Scarlett our penguin just chillin!!

The day prior to going to the zoo, Scarlett and I ate breakfast with Lexxi and Liz. Lexxi has a little girl Abby( who is pictured below with the pig tails too) and she said they go to the zoo all the time, so they came and met up with us and it was sooo much fun. She also brought along another girlfriend whom I have met a few times and her son, who is standing next to Scarlett.

By far the coolest thing at the zoo was the jelly fish building. Of course, if you know my daughter she liked the strobe light dancing part the best but the jelly fish in this place was so unique.

Scarlett loved watching them and finding them in the tanks.

At the end of the day, we saw the super cute flamingo's and the kids just thought they we as cute!!

Scarlett and the other kids loved the rock climbing wall!!

That dog

As most of you know by now, when we say where do we live Scarlett will usually know Florida. If we ask where Issac lives she will usually say I -O. SO....here is the story

She loves this dog. It cracks me up. Ryan and I are not huge animal lovers. Further more, I come from a family that quite frankly just doesn't care for dogs, cats, rats or any furry things. Not even sure if we ever had a fish. But anyways....

My daughter loves dogs, cows, cats, and any other animal. I think i am glad for this. She should enjoy being around animals, especially when they are other peoples. See, we can stop by their house, she can play and then we can leave and not have to take care of the animal.

Here is Scarlett trying to get the ball from II and its quite funny because she was getting mad at his tricks.

Then Grandpa II came along and helped her get the ball...she thought she was cool stuff.

Until II took the ball and hide it in the woods and Grandpa and Scarlett had to go and look for it in the mud.... she was mad.

Relaxing in Ohio

Random days in Ohio are filled with all sorts of things....

My brother and dad were working over at my dad's rental trying to make the grass even. So Adam and Scarlett went to help and I stopped by for a few pictures. Dad decided to fix the grass because it wasn't the smoothest to mow. Ryan thought he was just a few years too late.

Scarlett adores Molly. Molly was my first neice to be born and we all adore her. She was spoiled and if her siblings read this they will say "see Molly was spoiled, Molly got this and Molly got that" ... they are right. I have loads of pictures of Molly, we read to her, we played with her, we did everything for Molly because she was our first on the Ingold side. Not to say we really don't love them all the same, but we probably spent OBVIOUSLY the most time with her because she was the only one for about 2 years....

Needless to say, Scarlett loves all of her cousins but if Molly is around, she wants to be with her.... so here is Molly showing Scarlett how to use the kick board!

The Train Ride~ Yep, we were ridin the tracks at the Outlet Shops... we specifically went to the outlets to take Scarlett on the Train Ride.... Grandma Moser, Aunt Ashley, Sarah jo (friend of Ashleys) and myself... she LOVED it.

Adam's Graduation

So I like to take pictures and believe it or not, at Adam's graduation party I toke like 3 pictures. I am not sure if it was because
a. i talk to much
b. it was raining
c. i was chasing scarlett
d. i put my camera somewhere and never found it until the morning

So here are a few that I took the day we arrived in OHIO

Scarlett and her little buddy Peyton!

Scarlett trying to hang with the guys before the party started!!

When we arrived in Ohio, Scarlett had to meet up with her buddy ol pal, whom she has always called I-I.

We seriously bought a bone in Florida and hauled it all the way to Ohio to give to him. She picked the 10$ bone out herself, as much as Ryan tried to talk her out of it. But was too scared to give it to him, so she made her Aunt Ashley do the work.

Ohio bound!!

On our way to Ohio for a few weeks for Ryan's sister's wedding we decided to drive for once and it was really nice. The drive went well, and it was actually sorta relaxing!!

Scarlett loved stopping at fast food! We were those parents that let your kids run around in the fast food place but we felt that we had an excuse, because the first day we drove, we drove about 10 hours...so we let her get some sillies out!!

On our way, we stopped in Charolette to see some friends! Ryan and Iten work together at Smuckers and they were both based in Orrville.. they do the same job but in different areas!!

This is little Addison and Scarlett climbing the fence to go back upstairs!!

The two dads holding their girls!!

The Iten's will be delivering baby number 2 around July 4th...when we go back through Charolette, we may stop for a quick peek but probably keep moving!!

This shower was about 2 weeks before she delivered, whew... I don't know all the details but I believe that it was the day after my birthday ... June 18!!

Some of the girls at the table, some are pregnant, some just delivered and some simply aren't pregnant!!

O-H-I-O

Scarlett is literally counting down the days and can't quite stand it.

She is so confused to the fact that we are driving.

food for thought:

- can't wait for Ohio sweet corn and Amy's strawberries
- a chair fell on my toe and i don't think its broken because it hurts so bad
- packing is always a nightmare especially for a month
- ryan gets in late tonight from Alambama and then we book it out in the morning
- our pool feels great right now and had to drag scarlett out of it today
- hope to do some shopping up north ... some of my favorite consignment shops....here i come
- jewelry party was a hit .... hopefully helped out my girlfriend Rochelle

check out hollingsworthgallery.com ... my neighbor Tom and Arlene invited us to an open house on June 13th, but we aren't going to be able to make it ... we love going to art shows!! Its a great experience for Scarlett and its something that Ryan and I have never usually done before!

Happy Sunday

Scarlett sleeping in a big girl bed ....check
Scarlett not using her "bink" at all ... check
Scarlett wearing big girl panties ... check

I didn't know if i would be able to do all of these things before we left for Ohio in June. She is doing good turning into a "big girl" to make way for baby sister. However, the bed situation and potty thing in Ohio will be interesting but we will see how that goes.

After church today we went to my favorite bagel place, stratemores...i love it because i usually order the bagel platter

It is still raining...ahhh

Thanks!!

I know this is a really old picture AND Steve is not in it.

But I had to thank Steve and Ruth for babysitting Scarlett for an hour or so last night.
I had my monthly book meeting with a group of girls and my sitter cancelled last minute.

Thanks Steve and Ruth for watching Scarlett ...this is when she didn't talk so much ...lol or lock all your doors!!!
