Maren has turned 3!!!

It was a Flower Power Party!!  We played pin the ladybug on the flower.

Sang Happy Birthday!!

And had a little dance party!! (while Grayson's older cousins looked at the little ones like they are crazy)

We made flower pots and put little flowers in all the pots.  I think this picture is funny because Jill and I both have our mouths open.

Darren is a surgeon.  Dr. Peterson came to the pink party to discuss breast awareness with all of the women.  He is a great Dr. and we are so grateful for his and Candy's friendship.  Our kids adore each other and we have so much fun with their family.  Check out the Peterson Blog on my blog roll.

Shower for Jessie

So Jessie now has 4 children.  She went into labor really, REALLY early with Sevrin.  You might have seen my post on facebook or you could look up his caringbridge website under Sevrin Whitley.

Here she is feeding baby Adam, her third child.  Sevrin was not able to be at the shower due to him still being at the hospital when we threw her a little party.

The girls at church are such a neat group.  All of the moms are so supportive and its wonderful to have such a great support team.  Paula is leaving to go on a missions trip to Africa and Nikki is a wonderful friend that I see at play dates.

Bathroom Remodel

Here are some before pictures of our nightmare bathroom.

It had this hideous bathroom cupboard too.

This lovely wall paper will be so missed.

The one and only towel rack and well, Scarlett's potty chart was hanging on the wall until the wall paper ripped when we took it down.

The New Look

I feel with a VERY VERY small budget and a paintbrush, this bathroom didn't end up too bad.

Splash a new coat of paint and get a new shower curtain and you are good to go.

We repainted the cupboard and kept the marble sink top.  Grandpa Hartzler put in all new sink faucets.  They were great!!

We finally have two towel racks!!  This way when someone comes to visit, I think more then one towel will fit into this extra bathroom.

Lifegroup Picnic

Troy and Ryan, I think they were hanging and talking sports. 

Scarlett and Ayden are just the best of buds.  They adore each other and hardly let anyone into their little discussions.  Here they are hiding behind the tree...

Lifegroup Picnic

Willow is in love with babies.  This is Zachary and she was just all over him at our Picnic.

Candy, Rochelle and I just chillin.  I don't know what I would do without these girls.

The group of girls, minus 1-2 girls.  Every Sunday evening we meet at the Peterson's house to meet on different topics.  It is a lifegroup from church that meets as a small group.  It is amazing what this group has done for Ryan and I.

Family Visit

Curt, Joy and Kora came down to visit us for a quick weekend. Curt came to run a 5k race with me and it was fun to see them for a few days, especially because Kora came too.  I guess I didn't take too many pictures that weekend, so head on over to Joy's blog to read about our weekend.  I have been having problems with my little travel camera which is why my blog is lacking. 

Hello May

The girls are busy these days playing dollhouse and babies.

We have a little step stool that I use to get to high places, but the girls like to use it for a mini desk.  It is the perfect little spot for the little girls.

We were at a birthday party and Willow thought she was big stuff sitting with the kids at the table.

Often, I find Willow wandering out to the garage to play and pretend she is riding in a car.
