Lane - 6 Months

Our sweet boy is 6 months old.

Most people don't want this time to fly, but we are clapping our way to this point.

He hasn't been the easiest baby, but for some reason, none of our babies are easy.
You could never tell by this face, but our babies like to cry, not sleep, throw up and give us a run for our money , they are as sweet as can be.

But at the 6 month point, (put your hands up in the air and give a shout) the tables turn and we can start to see a light at the end of the tunnel.  Lane is now off of his reflux medicine, he rarely ever throws up, he is sleeping longer and eating better.

Things are starting to get brighter around here. (hence the shades).  He is rolling, loves his entertainment center, grabbing things, saying ba-ba for bottle, loves noise, adores his sissy's, loves to be swaddled, just finished nursing, has played with barbies enough in his little life already, goes to sleep in his swing, loves pears and giggles.

Just the other day, Scarlett said, could you imagine if we didn't have little LJ, and I said no, he is perfect for our family and so glad God blessed us with such a blessing.

Red Hearts

As you may or may not know, Valentine's day is one of my favorite holidays....is it a holiday?
Of course, I talk my children into thinking the same thing.
Willow at her valentine day party at school.
I was working on the game in her class.
Little Ben and Willow were throwing the bean bags together.
My sweet little bean
I wasn't able to make it in for Scarlett's party but grabbed a quick picture as I was picking her up with her teacher.

100th Day of School

Happy 100th Day of School.

When the kids entered the hallway for the 100th day, they were able to walk through the poster.  Willow just loved walking through it as you can see.  We went in to spend the morning with Scarlett and all the fun that she had at school.

Later we went and celebrated eating 100 pieces of popcorn at Target!

Super Bowl

The boys watching the super bowl game on the big screen.  We had a great time at the Corthell house!
Willow enjoying the yummy treats at the game.

Ms. Lesli has became a Butler kid favorite and Lane is next in line.

The kids playing during the game. (little Ellie is in Willow's class at school)

Yes, we were pretending to "participate" in the game.  We really only attempted to do what a lot of others do, watch the commercials.  These wonderful ladies go to our church and we have enjoyed getting to know each one of them.

The kids playing and having fun with all of Paityn's toys.

Wish I could claim these but Katie makes some serious strawberry treats!!

The girls working on school work.

We frequent the dr offices!!

Phone overload

Before Christmas we went with the Hampton's to their church for a multiple nativity scene show.

This was one of the hundreds of little nativities that were on display.  It was soo very cool to see all the nativities from different countries too.

These girls have just become great friends.  However, they will be moving to the Nashville area soon and we are going to miss them.

Speaking of moving.  This was Jen and Corin on their moving day too!  It seems that we meet people and then they move, what is going on with that?

Pappaw with the Willow bean.

Scarlett has been getting some ultrasounds so that we can get some answers to her UTI issues.

Love our little girly girl heading to basketball!!!

Willow got this backpack in the mail from the Ronk family and it made her day!  She colored and colored and then colored some more!

I started to document how many times we went to the dr for Scarlett's UTI problems...poor girl!

After Scarlett's birthday, she was all about the clown, and began to dress up as one to play!

On Scarlett's birthday we went out to Max and Erma's, I don't get in a lot of pictures so I was glad that the hubby snapped this!

Scarlett loving her card from Grandma Bonnie/papa....  Hope you enjoyed this random post!  It's hard because lately I have been taking pictures with my phone which is making it even harder to blog.

Date night

Finally enjoying the perks of living in Ohio and the sports teams.  It was hard to be a sports fan in the state of Florida.

We had great seats, and I am pretty sure we were watching the Bengals.

I am usually more interested in the boots or the surroundings of a game.

We met up with our cousin, Crystal at the game.  She lives away at college but her parents live in Cincy.  So thankful for some great babysitters so that we could sneak out for the night!
