SOLD

Yepper, you read that right.  We decided to attempt to sell our house with this awesome economy.  The house was under contract after only being on the market for 21 days, God is Good.  We prayed that God would continue to show us signs that would lead us to making our decisions.  I don't want to shorten the credit to our realtors but we might have topped the market in houses that were sold within 30 days of being on the market.... But GOD!  The contract and all the logistics finally went through on  April 4.
